We know the value of strong foundations. Whether it’s a home, an investment property, or a commercial space, longevity and sustainability are key to long-term success. The same is true for one of nature’s most incredible living structures: Pando.

What is Pando?

Pando isn’t just a tree, it’s a living, breathing organism (the world’s largest single organism, in fact)! Pando is a massive aspen colony in Utah, spanning 106 acres with more than 40,000 genetically identical stems connected by a single root system. Thought to be thousands of years old, Pando is a symbol of endurance and resilience.

But Pando is at risk. Climate change, human activity, and invasive species are preventing new growth, putting its future in jeopardy. Without intervention, this unique and vital ecosystem could be lost forever.

Supporting friends of Pando

Our customers believe in strong communities, both in the properties they manage and in the natural world. That’s why we’ve partnered with Friends of Pando, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and restoring this ancient organism. Their work includes:

  • Scientific research: Monitoring Pando’s health and studying ways to encourage regrowth.
  • Habitat restoration:  Implementing protective measures like fencing and regeneration initiatives.
  • Public awareness: Educating people about Pando’s importance and how to protect it.

By supporting conservation efforts, we contribute to a healthier planet, which ultimately benefits the communities we serve.

Giving back, from anywhere

We plant a tree for every customer and team member. We’re expanding our environmental efforts by working with leading conservation groups, including Friends of Pando, to protect vital ecosystems worldwide.
By supporting their mission, we’re investing in a future where nature and communities thrive together. Ready to join us?
